LAST UPDATE: 2.20.25⬩ I have the right to decline your commission request if it's beyond of what I can do.⬩ You may repost/share the commissioned work on social media, provided you give proper credit and link back to one of my social media accounts.⬩ Do not claim credit for the worksPAYMENTS
1. I accept PayPal (USD) as the only payment method. A detailed invoice will be provided for your transaction.2. You may choose to pay in full upfront or 50% upfront and the remaining 50% after sketch approval. Other Payment plans are available for commissions totaling $150 or more. Work will begin only after at least 50% of the payment has been received.3. Any other payment schedule has to be mutually agreed before work on the Product commences.CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
⬩ A full refund may only be issued if no work has begun, or if I cancel the commission myself, regardless of progress.⬩ No cancellations or refunds will be accepted once work has started.⬩ Delivered commissions are non-refundable, so please be sure before placing an order.PRODUCT DELIVERY
⬩ Customer agrees that Product will be delivered digitally through Google Drive via email or dm.⬩ TAT is 3 days - 6 months (depending on how complex the project is, my schedule, and waiting list.)⬩ WIP (work-in-progress) previews will be provided at each stage: sketch, clean up, flats, and rendering for your review and approval.⬩ Revisions and adjustments during the sketch and clean-up are free of charge. Major revisions during the rendering phase will have additional fees.PERSONAL USE
⬩ The Product received by Customer is for personal use. Any use of the Product for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes has to be approved beforehand by me. This will require a separate agreement defining the exact conditions and financial implications of such use of the Product.⬩ You may use the artwork for personal display, such as icons, wallpapers, or social media posts, with proper credit.⬩ You cannot use it for profit, resell, mint as NFTs, or claim it as your own.COMMERCIAL USE
⬩ A commercial license is required if the artwork will be used for profit-generating purposes, including merchandise, branding, promotional material, or streaming assets.⬩ I retain the right to display the commissioned work in my portfolio or social media (unless requested otherwise).⬩ Redistribution, reselling, or modification without consent is not allowed.
